Cycle One: Cartoon Inspired
Princess Jasmine
My personal favorite Disney princess, heroine of the 1992 classic tale of Arabian Nights. Famous for her attitude best described by her equally famous line, "I am not a prize to be won", Jasmine stole the hearts of the young and old alike. Thus, she made a perfect second inspiration for my Cartoon cycle.
I decided to combine Jasmine's pink lids and beautiful liner with the array of blues and greens in her outfit to create one colorful, liner-driven look that will send you on a magic carpet ride.

The cut-crease follows the shape of the liner- when Jasmine's eyes are open, the liner curls up instead of pointing straight out or pointing at an angle (how most girls do their "cat eyes.") So, if you're in the market to recreate this look, be sure to curl the liner AND the cut crease.
I used mostly Urban Decay shadows for this look-
Grafitti, Peace Ransom, Unhinged, Junkie, Laced
(Vice Palette + Deluxe Shadow Box)

I also used Too Faced's Smokey Eye palette for it's always useful and highly pigmented silver in the brow bone. The base for this look is a combination of my NARS Soft Touch Shadow Pencil in Silver Factory and Urban Decay's Laced shadow on top.

Obviously, my left eye is a bit smoother than my right one but that ALWAYS happens. Either way I hope you love this as much as I do- I get to have it on my face all day! Let me know in the Comments section if you guys want to see a tutorial for this look. It is a very time consuming piece but the payoff is worth it!
Don't forget to vote for the next theme in the bottom right corner of the blog, beneath the search bar.
Thanks!
